Delete your Gospel Publishers Audio account
App: Gospel Publishers Audio
Developer: Gospel Publishers

You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. This is functional deletion—your personal information is removed from our active systems immediately. This is not a temporary deactivation.
Full details for app store listings and privacy requests: this page.

WooCommerce subscriptions
If you have an active subscription billed through our Gospel Publishers store (WooCommerce), deleting your audiobook account does not cancel recurring billing.
Before or after deleting your account, cancel subscriptions at the store:
Manage subscriptions on gospelpublishers.com
Until you cancel there, you may continue to be charged even though you can no longer access audiobooks through this app or website.
Data that is deleted
When you delete your account, we remove or disconnect:
- Account profile — name, email, sign-in identifiers (including social login links)
- Authentication data — API tokens and web sessions
- Listening progress — playback position per chapter
- Library entitlements — purchase/unlock records tied to your account (you lose access to previously owned audiobooks)
- Saved chapter associations — any per-user chapter links in our database
- Subscription records in this app — local subscription entitlement rows tied to your account
After deletion you cannot sign in or restore access without creating a new account and repurchasing or re-subscribing where applicable.
Your account record is anonymized (personal fields replaced with non-identifying values) and removed from active use. This satisfies app store account-deletion requirements and is not the same as pausing or deactivating an account.
Data that may be kept
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or operational reasons:
| Data | Why it may be kept | Retention | |------|-------------------|-----------| | Payment / order records (Stripe or WooCommerce references — not full card numbers) | Tax, accounting, fraud prevention | As required by law (often several years for financial records) | | Server and security logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) | Security and abuse investigation | Rolling retention (typically up to 90 days) | | Error / crash diagnostics (if enabled) | Bug fixing; may include technical context | Per vendor policy, typically 30–90 days | | Non-identifying account tombstone | Internal audit linkage | Retained in deactivated form; not used to identify you | | Backups | Disaster recovery | Until backup rotation overwrites them (typically up to 30 days after deletion) |
We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Data on your device
Deleting your account does not automatically remove:
- Offline downloads on your phone or tablet
Before deleting, use Delete All Downloads in the app Settings, or uninstall the app. Local files may remain until you remove them.
